1. Refund Eligibility Window (Within 48 Hours)
If a candidate decides to discontinue the course within 48 hours of initial fee payment, Skilltopr will refund the paid amount after deducting the registration fee.
Refunds will be processed immediately if the request is submitted during Indian banking working hours.

3. Course-Type Based Refund Rules
3.1 Self-Paced (Recorded) Courses
No refund applicable under any circumstance.
All course recordings and resources are unlocked immediately after payment; hence cancellation is not possible.

Refund is not possible after attending 3 live classes.

If the candidate is unable to continue due to personal or official reasons, the following options apply:

…at any time in the future (no time limit), provided the original fee receipt/admission number is submitted.

Rejoining Fee Rules
If the new course fee is equal → No additional payment required.
If the new course fee is higher → Pay the difference at rejoining.
If the new course fee is lower → The fee difference cannot be refunded, but may be:
Used to enroll in another course of equal value, or
Donated to a friend through a written request to management.

4.2 Candidate No Longer Interested in Continuing

The full fee can be donated to a friend, via formal written request.

b) Attended Less Than 7 Days of Classes
Entire fee can be transferred/donated to a friend.

Deducting the value of classes attended, the remaining fee can be donated.
The receiving candidate must pay the difference if choosing a higher-fee course.

5. Eligibility Conditions
Option 4.1 (Rejoin Later) is available to both partially and fully paid candidates.

6. Corporate Training Refund Policy
For corporate clients, payments made against invoices are non-refundable.
However, the amount may be utilised within 365 days to train the same or another employee.
